The SPIN Academy trains communicators for social change on the building blocks of strategic communications. Our flagship Northern California event, now celebrating its eighteenth year, brings together a group of roughly 50 nonprofit communications professionals from across the country who are selected for participation through a competitive application process.

The New Leaders Council Institute is the nation's premier leadership and professional development program, providing training, mentoring, networking, and career and political advancement to enterprising young professionals. An intense, five-month progressive entrepreneurship training program, each NLC Institute is highly-selective, admitting only 15 to 20 Fellows to each chapter.
District of Columbia Bar Leadership Academy
The purpose of the District of Columbia Bar Leadership Academy is to identify, inspire, and educate District of Columbia Bar members to be leaders of the Bar and to encourage them to use their leadership skills in professional settings, local bar associations, and community organizations. The District of Columbia Bar Leadership Academy is comprised of approximately 25 members of the Bar representing diverse backgrounds, practice settings, and practice areas.

Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy
The Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy (CBLA) is a coordinated effort to strengthen the pipeline of diverse bar association leaders by providing leadership training and professional development programs which will benefit current and future leaders, the bar association community, and the legal profession overall. The CBLA marks the first substantive program resulting from a collaboration of the five sponsoring bar associations and lays the foundation for further collaborative efforts to foster diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
The District of Columbia Bar Basic Training & Beyond
The program is for lawyers who want to know about the methods and skills necessary for starting and growing a small firm and who want to participate actively in the learning experience. This interactive program consists of two full–day sessions.
